Class Descriptions:

Awakening Power Yoga

Have you been to a few Level 1 classes and now you’re ready for more? This is a great intermediate class for you. Begin to learn the fundamentals of Power Yoga sun salutations. This yoga class brings an element of fitness to your practice while still bringing stress relief and balance to the mind.

Anusara Influence Yoga

Open your heart and be filled with Light! This yoga class is appropriate for begriming and intermediate students and will end with a 15 minute meditation.

Core Body Boot Camp

Three elements to increase core strength and stability... 1) Pilates 2) Stability Ball 3) Yoga ! We've taken these key elements and woven them into one connected class. This class will challenge you physically while allowing your body to stretch, lengthen and wind down with Level 1 yoga. Fun and accessible to all!

Gentle Yoga

This is a great class for those who want or need a gentler Yoga  class as a beginning step to yoga.   Seniors, those with special joint needs, fibermyraglia, MS, or other possible reasons for wanting to participate in a Gentle Yoga class are all welcome.  You’ll learn the basics using blocks, straps and the wall.  Learn breathing techniques and stress relief, too!

Insight Yoga

Yoga for teen and tween girls - Fridays at 4:00 pm, March 19th-May 14th.

 Develop clarity during this time of escalating choices.  Learn to create a vision of your journey at this powerful time in your life. Practice yoga, journaling, and breathing techniques that reduce stress.  Learn relaxation and visualization practices under the guidance of Sage, certified life coach and RYT 200.  $90 for 9 week series.

Infusion

Innovation at its best. This class combines the best of Power Yoga and Pilates. A full body workout that will challenge your strength, flatten your abs and nourish your soul. This class will cleanse your body while clearing your mind and restoring your spirit.

Qigong Yoga

Qigong Yoga is a discipline of yoga that is open to all levels of students, including beginners.  Qigong practice is rooted deeply in tranquility, subtle power and vitality.  Combined with yoga, it opens the meridian channels of the body, creating flexibility and increasing the energy circulation that makes natural healing possible.  The movement also improves balance, energy levels and promotes stress relief. 

Tri-Yoga

Our three favorite elements of yoga in one class! 1) sun salutations 2) alignment 3) core fitness This is a great class for those new to yoga or those wanting to learn the alignment of poses. Fun and inviting elements of the class are wall yoga, discussions, prop usage, and deep stretching.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a series of held postures of stillness for promoting release, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation.  The gentle but consistent stimulation to the connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state
PLEASE NOTE:  BRINGING A BLANKET AND PILLOW TO THIS CLASS WILL GREATLY INCREASE YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THIS YOGA CLASS.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga combines passive and active asanas into what is a very deep, integrated practice.  Create a calm mind and a dynamic body with these opposing energies.

Yoga--Yoga Intro, Level 1 Yoga

Yoga consists of a series of movements that help strengthen the body and increase mental vitality. These classes will help you develop your practice. Please come 5 minutes early to class and inform us if you are new or if you have injuries or health concerns such as pregnancy
