Finally! The energy that has been so thick, heavy and serious begins to lighten up. The next few weeks are all about beginning to experience some lightness and movement that we haven't felt for some time now. We'll receive support for the growth that we're willing to work on and our foundation will begin to feel sustaining rather than heavy. If you haven't laid out opportunities to grow, it's a perfect time to plant some seeds. Life doesn't happen, it gets created. We have so much support available at the studio this month to enhance your journey! Take a chakra workshop or join teacher training.
